1. These Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on this accessories web site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.
We may change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted onto the site. You will be asked to read and accept the terms and conditions each time you place an order, to ensure that you are familiar with the most current ones.
Please note that these terms (including prices and returns policies) apply only to purchases.

2. Our Contract
You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until you submit your order by clicking the Submit Order button on the Order Confirmation page.
After submitting an order to us we will give you an Order Reference Number and details of the products you have ordered. We will send the same details to you in an e-mail (our first e-mail). Please note that this e-mail is an acknowledgement, not acceptance of your order.
If your order is out of stock, we will send you a second e-mail which will tell you this, give details of anticipated delivery and giving you the option to accept or cancel. This notification is not legally binding until we confirm your order is in stock.
Alternatively we may decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which case our second e-mail will tell you so.
We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method. Please note that products, prices and offers in our stores may differ from those featured on this site.
Finally, we will send you an e-mail confirming the despatch of your order.

3. Prices and Payment
All prices and charges on this site are shown in Australia Dollar. They include any GST payable.
The total cost of your order will be the total price of the products and services you order, which will be set out clearly in your V Shop before you submit your order.
Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If something becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative.
We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate.
If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. In the event that you order an item and the price published on the Site is incorrect for any reason, we will contact you to let you know the correct price and ask you whether you still wish us to fulfill your order at this price. We shall be under no obligation to fulfill an order for a product which was advertised at an incorrect price. We shall give you the option of confirming the order at the correct price or if you so choose, to cancel the order altogether. If you cancel and have already paid for the goods in the circumstances described in this clause, we shall refund the full amount in accordance with these Terms.
We accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Switch/Maestro and American Express or Business Cards. Payment is deducted when we process your order.
Please be aware that you will only have three attempts to enter the correct card information when purchasing items from this site due to our fraud prevention requirements. Each rejected payment attempt creates a "shadow" payment which is logged on our site and with your card supplier. Please note that no money will be taken from your card and the "shadow" record will drop off your account normally within 7 days but may take up to 30 days.

4. Cancellations and Returns
You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 14 days after delivery by:
• following the "Returns" instructions in your delivery documentation;
• e-mailing us at info@vshops.com.au
• Phoning us on 04000000000 - please have your order reference number and delivery details to hand;
• writing to VShops Returns Dept, banskstow, NSW, 2200.
We accept returns in V Shops stores.
You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 14 days after delivery providing the items you return meet the following criteria:
• The product must be complete, including packaging, instructions, accessories and any free items.
• The product, packaging and any associated items must be returned in an unused "as new" condition.
• Sealed packaging, including any box or software seals must not be opened.
• Proof of purchase must be supplied, showing the date of purchase.
• Please supply a written note, explaining the fault and why the product is being returned.
• Please note that due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept headphones, earphones or Bluetooth headset returns, unless they are faulty.
You will receive a full refund; however you must pay the cost of return. We cannot cancel your purchase when:
• the seal has been broken on any software including games;
• the goods were a special order to your specification.

5. Return of Faulty Goods
The following are guidelines. Wherever possible we will respond to your individual circumstances.
Some products have an end user guarantee after an initial supply period; this means the product cannot be returned to V Shop after this date is exceeded.
Sony / Sony Ericsson / Nokia - Product must be returned with the original packing, must be complete including all accessories. After 14 days the product is to be returned to a service centre for repair / replacement
Samsung - 28 day period from point of sale to end user and return to Kondor. Product must be returned with the original packing, must be complete including all accessories. After 28 days the product is to be returned to a service centre for repair / replacement

Any refund due to a fault or other defect will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.

We, our, licensors and our suppliers own the copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material and content on this website, which you may use, download, copy, publish, transmit or otherwise make available by any other means only for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use or reproduction of the material or content is strictly prohibited.
You may not create any link to this website without our prior written consent, nor may you restrict or inhibit the use or enjoyment of it by anyone else.
